If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Pixie Mays purchase, we will accept a return or exchange of unused full-priced merchandise within 21 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

To receive a full refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date
- The merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received
- Original tags must be attached to the items
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, Pixie Mays reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements
We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or used. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items marked SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy may also apply to various other promotional items or merchandise sold at a discounted price.
Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return merchandise, please follow the following return instructions.
- Fill in the Return Form within 14 days of the delivery date
- You will receive an email with Return Authorization Code
- Include the authorization code and your account email address in the return package with merchandise
- Send the merchandise insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery
